WOW – World of Women, an initiative by Srijan Group and founded by Suruchi Malhotra, is a rapidly growing community of over 12,000 women across India. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and empower women through leadership, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. From organizing networking events and mentorship programs to driving community service, we create a platform where personal growth meets social impact. Through our podcast, WOW Diaries with Suruchi Malhotra, we share expert insights on wellness, leadership, and life.
